This is a Hobie Kayak event also so please read below carefully.

Rd 7 - Gold Coast South will be run in conjunction with a Gamakatsu Teams Series Hobie Kayak event, the Kayaks will be starting straight after the powerboats go and will return earlier so there is no conflict with powerboats. Please read the times below and see linked entry forms and rules.

Powerboat Times:
The time schedule will be as follows and run to the GTS rules available here
All events are run on local time (QLD Time in this case)
Sign On Starts 6:00am
Briefing: 6:40am
Session: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Weigh in starts: 2:15pm
Free Competitor BBQ & Drinks
Starting will be randomly drawn during safety briefing.

Note:

No fish zones are any marinas, locks or ares closed to public access. This is a southern Gold Coast event and as such is reduced to the southern arena shown on the map. This is the tip of Victoria Point to tip of Macklay straight east to Stradbroke Island.

All events are run on local time (NSW Time in this case)
Sign On Starts 6:00am
Briefing: 6:40am
Session: 7:15am - 1:30pm (leave as soon as powerboats have left)
Weigh in starts: 1:15pm
Free Competitor BBQ & Drinks
Starting will be randomly drawn during safety briefing.
Note: Pro Option will be available for GTS Hobie Rounds with 100% payout.
Note 2: You do not need to be a ABT member to fish the GTS Kayak rounds, but if you qualify for the finals you will have to join.
